Two Harbors Area Fund

Throughout the summer, a number of concerts in the park featuring the Two Harbors City band take place. In 2008, the Two Harbors Area Fund granted $2,000 to the city of Two Harbors to assist in the purchasing of percussion equipment.

The Two Harbors Area Fund was established in 1998 and is entrusted with the responsibility of enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Two Harbors and the surrounding areas. Through its committee of community leaders the Fund:

serves as a resource and catalyst for giving
attracts and manages a growing endowment for our area's future
provides a flexible vehicle and quality service for donors with varied philanthropic interests
identifies and effectively responds to emerging and changing community needs through grant-making

Each year, the Two Harbors Area Advisory Board distributes grants to non-profits in the community.
