The Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation provides a number of tools for Professional Advisors to help with issues related to charitable giving with no fee or obligation attached. Some examples of our services include:

• Consulting with you, your clients, and your colleagues on ways the Foundation can help meet the financial and charitable goals of your clients
• Publishing e-updates as needed on charitable giving benefits for your clients
  
• Providing sample language, such as sample bequest language, for making gifts to the Community Foundation
• Serving as trustee of charitable remainder trusts and lead trusts.
• Managing the transfer of appreciate securities and life insurance.
• Guaranteeing quality, customized service on philanthropic giving. We’ll work with you each step of the way to ensure your client’s needs are met.
