Two months after project completion, you are required to submit a final project report. To do so, please complete the cover sheet and answer the questions on the final project report form. The Community Foundation requires final reports for a series of reasons including: 1) to help staff assess organizational progress towards meeting the goals and the objectives of the project both programmatically and financially; 2) to help staff assess whether conditions were met for the grant; 3) to help inform our grant making policies and priorities. When reviewing proposals from an organization which has received prior funding, staff considers the submission and content of prior final reports. In addition, these final reports assure the Community Foundation that we have met our legal obligations as an organization and to our donors.
