Young Leaders Fund
The mission of the Young Leaders Advisory Committee and Fund is to support organizations that give young adults a chance to lead. Or, to provide financial incentives to young adults for projects and/or activities that will increase the quality of life for young adults (ages 21-35) in the communities of Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin. The objective of the Young Leaders Advisory Committee and Fund is to provide financial assistance for leadership skill development, civic engagement, special events, entrepreneurship, technology, public relations, college and university community connections and awareness of career and economic opportunities. Grants range from $500 to $2,000 but special situations may allow for a larger grant to be awarded. Details

Business Leaders Fund benefits both our area's business leaders and the charitable community. With a minimum gift of $25,000, the Fund enables business leaders to expand their grant making capacity, enjoy increased community visibility, and receive ongoing credit for their generosity. The purpose of this fund is to encourage the creation and retention of jobs throughout the service area of the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation through a tuition assistance program designed to strengthen the management skills of those in small business.
