Application Checklist

A complete application (for scholarships which use the DSAFC Common Application) will include the following items:

  • A complete and signed DSACF 2008 Common Scholarship Application

  • A copy of your most recent high school transcript (preferably dated December 10 2007). Duluth public school students must only complete and submit Transcript Release Form (page 5 of Common Application).

  • If you are applying for a scholarship for which you must demonstrate financial need, copies of your recent completed FAFSA Student Aid Report.

  • Required essay(s) Students applying for Rathke, Saltwick, DBCTC and/or Houghton scholarships will have more than one essay.

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation See chart below for number of required recommendations. Note: Some scholarships have specifications about who should write recommendations. Please read each scholarship description for those details.
